Eligibility depends on your medical history, location and individual needs. We provide services to adults who are ready to begin their recovery journey from opioids, alcohol and nicotine.

Is telehealth treatment effective?

Yes. Studies show telehealth is as effective as in-person care for treating substance use disorders, offering flexibility, convenience, and privacy.

Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) Treatment

What medications do you use for opioid use disorder?

We offer FDA-approved medications such as buprenorphine (e.g., Suboxone) and naltrexone. These help manage withdrawal symptoms, reduce cravings, and prevent relapse.

How often are appointments required for OUD treatment?

Initially, appointments may be weekly. As your recovery progresses, the frequency may decrease based on your needs and stability.

Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) Treatment

What is alcohol use disorder treatment?

Our AUD treatment utilizes medications like naltrexone, acamprosate, or disulfiram to support recovery and reduce cravings. Care coordination and resource management are also available.

Can I drink alcohol during treatment?

We recommend abstinence for the best results, but your provider will discuss your goals and help create a plan tailored to your needs.

Nicotine Dependence Treatment

What support do you offer for nicotine dependence?

We provide:

• Prescription medications like varenicline (Chantix) and bupropion (Zyban)
• Nicotine replacement therapies (patches, gum, lozenges)

If you miss an appointment, contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that there is a $50.00 charge for appointments missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice.
